Only available for New Zealand Company Registration Documents

(incl. Certificate of Incorporation, Company Extract, Company Constitution)

The only details we require from you are your company number and name, as we will retrieve the rest ourselves from the New Zealand Companies Office.

1 Navigate to the order page of our site.
2 Select the type of documentation you require from the available list.
3 Select one of your required documents from the selection provided.
4 A. Ensure that you have correctly indicated your company name and/or company number, in the provided box on the right.
B. In the selection box on the right you can indicate any additional required documents that you wish to have certified under the same apostille. (Please note that Company Constitutions will always have to issued under their own Apostille, and be selected separately in the previous step).
C. Indicate the number of document sets that you require.
D. Add the product to your shopping bag.
5 A. Confirm your selection.

6 Enter your shipping address and continue to the next step.
7 A. Select your payment method.
B. Enter your working Email which we will use for further communication with you.
C. Optional stage: enter a password if you wish to create an account on New Zealand Apostille
D. Enter your billing address and continue to the next step.
8 Complete your order by making the payment via PayPal, using any major credit or debit card in any major currency.
A. Login if you have a PayPal account.
B. Otherwise proceed with payment with any major credit card.

We will process all documents as soon as we receive all required information and payment, we will try our best to do this as soon as possible. The estimated before-shipment time approximately 1 week, but we cannot make any guarantees. You will receive prompt email notification as soon as we receive your documents, payment and order.
